Job Description :
*Establishing policies for the auditing activity and directing its technical and administrative function.
*Developing and executing a comprehensive audit program for the evaluation of management controls provide over all organization activities.
*Examining the effectiveness of all levels of management in their stewardship of organization resources and their compliance with established policies and procedures.
*Recommending improvement of management control designed to safeguard organization resources, promote organization growth, and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.
*Reviewing procedures and records for their adequacy to accomplish intended objectives, and appraising policies and plans relating to the activity or function under audit review.
*Authorizing the publication of report on audits, including recommendations for improvement.
*Appraising the adequacy of operating management’s actions to correct reported deficient conditions; accepting adequate corrective action; continuing reviews with appropriate management personnel on action the chief audit executive considers inadequate until there has been a satisfactory resolution of the matter.
*Conducting special audits as requested by management, including the reviews of representations made by persons outside the organization. Acting in consulting capacity relative to the above areas of responsibility.
*Secretary of Audit Committee
Qualification:
*Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting , MIS, Business Administration or related fields.
*Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and / or Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
*At least 6-year experience in audit function or 6-year experience in practicing finance.
*Good knowledge in accounting & auditing, principles & standard.
