职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Release and introduction of new suppliers.
2. Performing VDA 6.3 audits and technology releases of worldwide suppliers.
3. Definition of supplier panel and classification in cooperation with category purchasing.
4. Negotiation of quality contracts.
5. Definition of category specific requirements.
6. Escalation level for worldwide organization within above mentioned area.
7. Analysis and evaluation of strategic supplier data and introduction of improvement measures + supplier development introduction of components.
8. Plan, initiate and control preventive orientated, advanced quality management measures in the design / development phase for supplied parts and services as feasibility commitment, project reviews, run@rate, safe launch concept, quality control plan etc., to ensure that our products meet the defined quality requirements.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years SQM or engineering working experience.
2. Extensive know-how in APQP and decoration plastic parts, molding, painting and related assembly and test technologies.
3. Ability to understand, discuss and align technical requirements with internal departments and
suppliers with high focus on requirements engineering, e.g. based on drawings and specifications.
4. Analytic approach, self assured, ability to work under pressure, ability to convince others, result
orientation, decision making ability, willingness to take responsibility, team spirit, negotiation skills.
5. High willingness to travel worldwide.
6. Auditor training, VDA 6.3 and ISO/TS knowledge.
7. Basic know-how in Project Management.
8. Quality skills, e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC.
9. Very good language skills for German or English.
10. Basic know-how for Microsoft Office and statistic tools, e.g. Minitab.
