职位描述
岗位职责:
1.在商务总监的领导下,与其他商务领导团队制定公司的商务计划及市场策略;Under commercial director guide, making commercial plan and marketing strategy with other commercial leaders.
2.根据公司年度计划制定系列酒年度工作计划及市场策略,并指导系列酒销售经理完成销售目标;According to the company's annual plan, making series annual working plan and marketing strategy, and guide series sales mgr. achieve sales target.
3.根据公司年度计划制定大区年度工作计划、区域的销售及市场策略,并监督区域内的执行情况;According to the company's annual plan, making regional annual working plan, regional sales strategy, and supervise implementation of region.
4.根据市场状况合理分解区域内的销售指标,并监督其完成销售目标;According to the practical situation, decompose sales target reasonability, and supervise achieve sales target.
5.指导解决区域内销售链条中的重大问题,并及时协调解决或上报后解决;Guide to solve the major problems in regional sales chain, and coordinate to solve or solve after report in time.
6.结合公司策略及市场实际情况,合理分配与管控大区公共资源,以达成最好的费效比指标;Combining company strategy and practical situation, allocate and control regional resources, in order to achieve the best cost effective.
7.监督指导并考核总代、经销商团队的工作情况,强化经销商团队素质,以提高品牌市场占有率;Supervise, guide and assess SD & distributor team, improve team quality, in order to improve company product market share.
8.配合总部KA策略监督完成区域内KA工作的落实执行;Coordinate HQ KA strategy and supervise KA work implement in regional area.
9.对下属团队进行培训管理和激励,使整体团队管理和个人素质得以较高的提升;Train and motivate regional team members, in order to improve team management and personal quality substantially.
10.完成领导交办的工作安排。Complete the work is assigned by the leaders.
任职要求:
1.大学本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above
2.8年以上相关行业专职营销工作经验,5年以上区域及人员管理经验。 8 years above related marketing and sales experience, including 5 years above in both regional and people management experience.
3.具备良好策略计划、执行及沟通协调等能力。Excellent strategy planning, execution, communication and coordination ability.
4.具备良好的团队管理能力和团队激励能力。Excellent team management & team motivation ability.
5.能常驻异地及频繁出差。Accept regular business trip.
6.熟练使用MS办公系统。Proficient in using MS office.
7.英语精通
