Makes production plan or general project plan based on orders，and arranger production plan with reason根据订单制定工厂生产计划或项目总体计划，并合理安排生产计划
Production plan and Capacity Analysis生产计划和生产能力分析
The finished product inventory is maintained at a reasonable level and control the OBS of CG or shortage成品库存维持在合理的水平，控制成品OBS或短缺

Responsibilities岗位职责
Production Plan Establishment and Implementation计划制定和执行
Communicate with Customer on timely basis to ensure get the latest information. Prepare or adjust requirement plan, production plan and supplier delivery schedule according to customer requirement to ensure the schedule is correct and doable.及时从客户处获得需求信息，并按客户需求制订或调整生产计划及供应商计划信息（手工或MFG/PRO系统内），并保证计划的准确性与可执行性。
Release production schedule, track and control material plan and production schedule implementation status to ensue material requirement and production.每天下达生产计划，监督工区生产计划的执行结果。协调和处理解决生产计划执行中的各种问题，保证生产的有序进行。
Follows up the implementation of production plan , analyses the efficiency and give suggestions
跟踪生产计划执行情况，分析生产效率并提出改进建议
Follows process related material's arrival status
跟踪落实排产所需物料的到货情况，确保生产计划得以有效执行
Capacity Analysis生产能力分析
Does the long-term or short-term capacity analysis between the customer demand and our own production capacity, and informs relative departments
按照客户需求编制长期和短期的生产能力分析，并通知各职能部门
Arranges a meeting to solve the problem and tracking the action plan if there is some lack.
如果有缺口，召开会议解决产能问题并跟踪实施情况
Check plan completeness regularly, analysis and predict any reason which will effect plan completeness and inform each relevant dept.定期检查计划的完成情况，并分析和预测或能影响计划完成的原因并及时通报给相关部门。
Foam Production Data Maintenance生产数据维护
Periodic inspection of production completion to the accuracy of reported data to ensure that the accounts and match
定期检查生产完工报告数据的准确性，确保账物相符
Makes sure the accuracy of information and adjust by actual to ensure MRP operation.
确保MFG/PRO系统信息的正确性并根据需要进行调整，保证MRP运行正常 R
Inventory Control控制库存
Complete all tasks relating to materials plan Item Parameter Setup/Change in system (MFG/PRO)base on Value flow
基于价值流程图的分析和完善完成生产计划参数的在系统(MFG/PRO)中的设置和更改
Take effective measures to control the product so that the finished product inventory is maintained at a reasonable level and control the OBS of CG or shortage.采取有效的措施控制成品，使成品库存维持在合理的水平，控制成品OBS或短缺。

Monitoring the implementation of the finished product ，and tracking of defective products and the timely processing of the sluggish materials
实施成品监控，跟踪不良品及呆滞成品的及时处理.
New program logistic support 新项目物流支持
To ensure production plan are been released and completed on time in order to keep the new program to lunch successfully.支持确保生产计划按时发布和完成，确保新项目成功投产。
Support to design production rump up plan in the new program.支持项目相关爬坡计划方面的设计.
Mission Implementation任务执行
Accept and finish the other task from Supervisor or Manager. 接受并及时完成主管或经理下达的其他任务。
