职位描述
任职条件:
1. 协助影城负责人做好影城运营日常工作的管理。
2. 与市场和上级管理部门的对口联络与沟通,全面执行各类活动。
3. 影城运营成本控制。
4. 运营部招募人员的复试。
5. 对运营部各岗位工作进行监督和辅导。
6. 与物业相关部门保持联系。
7. 改进顾客服务,保持较高的服务水平,培养员工的服务意识。
8. 收集、分析培训需求,制订培训计划,实施培训,评估培训效果。
9. 参与制订员工激励计划,对员工工作表现情况做出评估。
10. 关注影城设备、设施运行情况,组织相关人员做好维护工作。
11. 关注影城营业收入情况,努力做好运营增收。
12. 关注影城卖品部订货与库存情况,关注卖品部销售额、应产率等各项KPI指标。
13. 对员工提出的合理化建议积极采纳。
14. 每月运营状况分析并填写报告上交驻店经理及其它运营相关事务。
薪资要求:工资+五险一金+餐补+带薪年假+其他
