职位描述
工作职责:
l 迅速搭建起对IT行业的认知，包括对传统IT、互联网、电商网游、金融IT等细分行业的信息收集整理和分析研究；
l 快速搭建候选人网络，能独立开拓有效且广泛的招聘渠道；
l 深入研究职位，根据职位需求，对候选人进行精确筛选；
l 能独立开展面试，薪酬谈判，候选人管理，背景调查等；
l 在候选人与客户之间搭建有效且专业的沟通和互信，能不断从客户端获取新职位信息；
l 有效完成顾问的绩效考核指标。
工作要求:
l 本科及以上学历，计算机/信息技术学历背景更优；
l 至少2-4年的IT或IT外包行业招聘经验，有销售或业务开拓经验更优；
l 对工作充满热情，有高效的执行力，优秀的分析、整合、研究能力，团队协作者；
l 愿意在一个高速发展且结果导向的平台成长和工作；
l 良好的英语沟通能力。
