岗位职责：
1、协助部门经理完善公司绩效管理体系，并按照公司对绩效管理的要求，制定绩效管理相关制度、流程，建立公司绩效考核工作的后续跟踪、评估、分析与优化工作；
2、负责绩效管理相关政策、制度、流程及方案的员工宣导与培训；
3、组织、推动、监督及指导各部门绩效考核实施过程，协助解决绩效考核过程中的问题；
4、分析、汇总员工绩效考核结果，提出各部门绩效改进建议；
5、组织实施绩效考核结果反馈工作，及考核结果运用；
6、组织实施公司客户满意度调查，提出满意度提升改善建议；
7、接受公司员工绩效申诉，并进行绩效数据及考评调查，提出申诉处理建议；
8、制定员工激励措施和计划，提高员工工作积极性；
9、协助部门其它人力资源工作。
任职要求：
1、年龄25-35岁，人力资源、管理类专业大学本科以上学历，持（助理）人力资源管理师资格证者优先；
2、熟练操作office办公系统，普通话标准流利，CET-4；
3、熟悉国家相关劳动法律法规、人事政策，熟悉人力资源工作流程，熟练掌握各类绩效管理工具和方法，精通绩效模块工作；
4、具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、数据分析能力及解决问题的能力，责任心强，执行力强，良好的团队协作精神和职业素养，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、三年绩效管理相关经验，具有外企工作经验者优先。
