职位描述：

1、在总经理领导下负责办公室的全面工作，努力作好总经理的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用，认真做到全方位服务；
2、在总经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；
3、协助总经理作好经营服务各项管理并督促、检查落实贯彻执行情况；
4、负责各类文件的分类呈送，请欧洲集团总部领导阅批并转有关部门处理；
5、协助总经理调查研究、了解公司经营管理情况并提出处理意见或建议，供总经理决策；
6、做好总经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录。做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布；
7、做好企业内外文件的发放、登记、传递、催办、立卷、归档工作；
8、负责保管使用企业图章；
9、负责企业内外的公文办理，解决来信、来访事宜，及时处理、汇报；
10、完善公司绩效考核制度。

任职资格：
1、教育水平 大学本科以上学历 英语6级以上；
2、专业 经济管理专业、商业贸易专业及其他相关专业；
3、培训经历 市场策划培训、项目策划培训、财务培训、国际贸易培训及其他；
4、经验 3年以上相关工作经历；
5、知识 具备相应的管理知识、经济学知识、国际贸易、市场策划学知识、财务知识；
6、技能技巧 熟练使用Microsoft Office专业办公软件；
7、具有一定的领导能力、判断与决策能力、协调能力、人际沟通能力、影响力、计划与执行能力；

Supply chain: As a supplier, we could meet different requests from different customers with the broad product portfolio, more than 1,000 different products are integrated. Moreover, we could customize the different products upon customer requests all over the world.
Marketing：As the marketing Obeello is granted to own the sole distribution authority of different international renowned brands. With the joint-effort with the brand holder, Obeello devote to develop and penetrate the market with massive marketing campaign so as to blend the brand connotation in the daily life of consumers. Obeello is turning into the Brand dealership through the market expansion and penetration.
