职位描述
This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou . Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.
Key Job Responsibilities
Technical Tasks:
- Place complex purchase orders within J. E. Edwards Enterprise One (JDE_ E1) and update related records as required.
- Performs work order completion documentation and work order close out / equipment history records in JDE E1.
- Prepare work requests containing a detailed work scope listing the materials and appropriate equipment necessary for the successful completion of the required task.
- Assists with the preparation and technical review of Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s), Contractor Health Environmental Safety Management (CHESM Audits), and Managing Safe Work (MSW) audit documentation.
- Attend Facility Acceptance Tests (FAT), when required, for purpose of providing technical assistance during the course of these activities.
- Provide technical assistance when necessary to other Operations Technical Assistants (T/A) when large and expeditious turnaround works are required for these teams.
- Assists in the reviews of industry and regulatory standards related to material compliance and the performance of specialized work scopes.
- Track daily contractor work permits and work tickets and review submitted invoices for proper allocation to cost centers and Authorization for Expenditures (AFEs). Update general and technical maintenance contractor pivot tables with the latest available work request, permitting and cost information. Maintain permit, work ticket and invoice archive.
- Maintains the Maintenance Team Archive containing mandated regulatory documentation related to mechanical equipment test records, equipment repairs, specific jobs plans related to regulatory compliance, regulatory agency visits and correspondence, etc.
- Maintains a comprehensive mechanical maintenance team library of industry and regulatory standards.
- Is responsible for the full administration, updating and maintaining the Maintenance technical document library for respective technical discipline.
- Perform IC document control tasks related to: document placement in IC (post approval), file creation, document format compliance, etc.
- Performs routine work site visits with Company personnel to monitor work progress, understand work scope in progress vs. specified on maintenance work requests.
- Basic knowledge of Base Business initiatives such as Surface Equipment Reliability & Integrity Process (SERIP) is preferred.
- Possess the ability to read and understand Piping and Instrument Drawings (P&ID’s), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and equipment drawings (pumps, compressors, vessels, columns, towers, fans, heat exchangers, valves, etc.).
- Possess competent computer skills (including competency in the use of office printing, scanning and copy machines) for the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook; Visio Technical, Adobe Reader, etc.
Administrative Tasks:
- Arranges requested meetings, venue, schedule and attendees.
- Attends meetings / training sessions with National staff, government officials, contractors, and vendors. Required to document meeting activities and issue minutes of meeting.
Safety / Compliance Focus:
- Arranges, maintains records and monitors the completion of team safety and compliance courses.
- Actively participates in the CDB Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) program.
- Conducts routine work place audits and Managing Safe Work (MSW) engagements to ensure safety compliance of Company and Contract workforce.
- Participate and / or assists with technical review for non-complex root cause analysis activities Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Participates in safety meetings, compliance reviews, safety audits, emergency preparedness exercises and process improvement initiatives.
Linguist Tasks:
- Review and or assist with interpretation of complex mechanical equipment technical communications between the Maintenance Team and Chinese national CDB employees and 3rd Party contractors.
- When required, provide oral and written maintenance subject matter (mechanical equipment discipline) interpretation for the CDB Maintenance Team.
- Review mechanical equipment technical translation for daily Scope of Work (SOW’s) involving general contractor work activities.
- Review and / or assist with translating Maintenance mechanical equipment documents related to: equipment manuals, spare parts and material descriptions; daily and weekly maintenance reports; vendor correspondence; emails; maintenance inspections and audit reports; regulatory edicts, directives and specifications; western code guidelines and specifications; contract Scope of Work (SOW’s), business cases and power point presentations; and maintenance procedures.

Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical (Static or Rotating Equipment) Engineering
Bachelor’s of Science in English (Linguist)
- Must have good organization and planning skills
- Must be able to work extended hours, emergency call-outs
