Job Description: Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders for localization; workload analysis with CAT tools for preparation of project kit and instructions; create and execute projects within automated project and business management system, i.e. TBMS (Translation Business Management System); coordinate with internal R &D and Quality Assurance/Testing teams; manage vendors.
Responsibilities
l Manage all aspects of localization projectile cycle for various product lines from source content collection and preparation to delivery of localized product versions.
l Coordinate with the R&D and Quality Assurance/Testing team, as well as vendors to ensure the requirements are met satisfactorily.
l Proactively identify and solve problems.
l Act as the point of escalation for all related issues.
Required Qualifications
l University degreein related area and/or related experience in language or software localization.
*Having a chemistry background is a plus.
l Eligible to work in the United States;
l 3+years of experience in localization project management or localization engineering;
l Familiar with two or more of these CAT tools: Trados, Catalyst, Passolo, .NET WPF, Visual C++, and any other scripting language.
l Knowledgeable on the translation/localization industry, have some experiences with CMS, TMS technologies.
l Ability to organize, prioritise and multi-task, meet tight deadlines and effective time management.
l Excellent communication skill with customer-focus and proactive approach
l Strong sense of responsibility, friendly and approachable and enjoy working in an international environment.
l Persistent, active, result-driven, and passionate in achieving assigned goals, capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision.
