Purpose of Job
This position is response on company all premiums and commodity sourcing, supplier and project managing include cost /agreement negotiation , commodity quality specification negotiation and initiation , order deliver control and any emergency solving to satisfy internal customer and sales force.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Negotiate premium quality standards and initiate quality specification to sure good quality and be legal, control supplier follow and execute this quality standards seriously.
2. Manage premium purchasing project include cost , time and quality in according with purchasing internal process from briefing , bidding , selection, negotiation and order processing to sure satisfy sales force with good quality and good price.
3. Manage existed premium price and new project price through bidding , supply market study and research , supplier negotiation .
4. Manage supplier in good performance and maximize premium commodity category thorough finding potential new suppliers every day , fashion trends studying.
5. Follow and optimize premium commodity supplier qualification and evaluation criteria to sure good quality/price/performance guarantee.
6. Design working process for premium motivation with sales department to sure the motivation program is going smoothly and effective from supply chain side , this include fiancé/Legal/inventory control and supplier production/quality control system.
7. Treat any emergency and quality claim from sales forces and find continue improve activity from supplier side.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. At least 5 years work experience on sourcing commodity.
2. Fluent English.
3. Good negotiation skills.
