What we offer

• Work as business partner to influence business agenda in site organizational design, site leadership team building, key talents identification, retaining and development, internal transfer, and promotion
• Work closely with HR Business Partner on simplification and standardization of HR process with effective implementation, and other HR activities on performance management, salary review and information checking
• Accountable for local hiring of blue collars by supervising site administration on efficient actions
• Ensure all HR operations in compliance with local laws or regulations, and pass internal and external HR audits
• Support site employee communication and maintain good working relationship with trade union to minimize or defeat the labour dispute

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, or related courses
• Minimum of five years working experience in chemical industry
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
