Purpose of position:

• To manage daily operation of Application center;
• To develop technical skill of the engineer team from Application center;
• To collaborate with S&TS, sales, market for the training program, application test, customer visiting and etc;
• Together with S&TS team, to provide sufficient technical support especially for project/complicated application & solution, to achieve the customer satisfication both internal or enternal company ;
• Together with S&TS team, to build up solution & engineering competence for service business development

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for application center team technical level assessment and training plan, develop solution & engineering competence continually to offer the sufficient backup support both for sales business growth and for service business development
2. Establish application center operation process and regulation to ensure the daily operation conducted smoothly
3. Coordinate internal and external communications of product /system application test; and organize the tests implementation with efficiency and quality
4. Cooperate and dispatch Application center engineers for implement on-site support, including trouble shooting, technical sharing; technical & application solution providing,etc, together with call center
5. Organize & schedule customer events by year summarized from customers' requests and conformed to company activity plan;
6. Maintain the facilities in a proper way to make sure it in good & stable shape for daily business operation
7. Constantly Improve application support & utilization efficiency and quality to internal & external customers by close-connection to oversea colleagues and essential facilities in hand;
8. Control service expenses to fulfil the budget;

Job requirements:

Bachelor of related science (automation, engineering, electronics) or above;

No less than 5 years automation engineering experience.No less than 2 years management experience; have industry safety relevant experience is better.

Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese; computer skills;

Strong coordination and communication abilities; technical competence; team leading competence;

Motivated, team player, quick learner, customer oriented, logic thinking.
