OVERALL OBJECTIVES

The accountant will be reporting to the Finance manager and assist him/her to control and manage the accuracy, correctness, completeness and timely for retail business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

--ovreall control in retail department store monthly billing, make sure no material deviations, including below 50%

1. To check retail department store billing against retail data system, contract and promotion agreement

2. To check expenses charged by department stores against contract and promotion agreement.

3. To check cash/credit card income received against cash report from concept shop/outlet staff.

4. To bill VAT invoice to retail department store timely and accurately.

5. To follow up debt collection for retail business.

6. To posting accounting vouchers for retail transactions.

1. perform stock take according to stock take schedule

2. other duties if needed

REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree with relevant major

2. At least 3 year Accounting related working experience in retail industry.

3. Good command of Office software and SAP system

4. Adapt to business travel as required

5. Ability to work under pressure

6. Good communication skills, proactive and team player
