We are looking for a high-calibre professional looking to develop their career in a dynamic and successful education company. This is an ideal position for sales and marketing professional looking to move into international education, or an international education professional looking to grow into a sales and marketing role. We are seeking mature, dynamic candidates who can convince us they can grow our student recruitment through excellent customer service and high quality training and support of our agency network.

The position is based in Shanghai, with frequent travel in China Region.

Our UK International Study Centres offer an exciting and fast growing portfolio of University Preparation courses delivered on the campuses of leading UK universities.

Main duties:

• Growing sales through established channels of partner education agents of T1 and T2 Level.
• Devising and implementing successful recruitment and marketing campaigns in these agents.
• Liaising between Study Group China Partner Team staff, our agency network and our campuses in the UK to ensure high quality customer service and resolution of enrolment and student service issues.
• Providing professional education advice and counseling service to agents, parents and students.
• Representing the International Study Centers at key promotional events in China
• Providing in-depth market research on the UK and various European international academic market in these agents

Essential Criteria:

• Tertiary educated, preferably in the UK or a European country (marketing, business or other related discipline preferred)
• Fluency in English and Chinese
• Experience of planning and executing marketing strategies
• Experience of working in an international environment involving liaison with overseas offices
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Well developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email

Desirable Criteria:

• Proven track-record in increasing sales
• Experience of promoting educational services
• Experience of working with an agency distribution network
