2. Performs reqs analysis, design, implementation, testing, required quality reviews and preparation of documentation as required by the process.
3. Evaluates and communicates technical issues clearly.
4. Solves problems of moderate scope, and performs root cause analysis.
1.- BS or MS in a related engineering field
