Responsibilities:

1. Organizational, professional and disciplinary lead of HSE team.

2. Coordination and implementation with an effective method to keep EQ plant as a health, safety and environment friendly operation site.

3. Consulting and supporting the management, leaders and employees by definition of necessary measures and appropriate manner of relevant HSE processes.

4. Establish effectively HSE management system for EQ Guangzhou.

5. Be responsible for EQ HSE management complying with Total group requirement and relevant national/international regulation &standard.

6. Play a role of communication with government agency as well as other Atotech related departments for HSE operation.

7. Lead EQ site to implement all HSE relevant activities to fulfil continuous improvement.

8. Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards. Demonstrate ongoing visibility at sites consistent interaction with staff and contractors at all level.

9. Other issues assigned by management level.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor or above Degree in engineering field.

2. Material knowledge in steel and plastic field.

3. Practical experience for HSE management.

4. Be familiar with relevant standard &regulation concerning quality &HSE.

5. Trouble shooting experience of HSE.

6. Five plus years working experience for HSE field.

7. Willingness to Travel, readiness for duty.

8. Leadership qualities, confident manner, teamwork spirit.

9. Dependability, sense of responsibility and costs-awareness.

10. Fluent oral and written English, familiar with computer (SAP, MS-Office).
