Job Descriptions:

Based in Changchun, support FAW-VW customer and plants

Function / Purpose of Position / Mission:

1. Product Specialist to support technical questions;
2. First trouble shooting to defined customer complain;
3. Coordination activities between defined customer and company.

Goals
1. Technical application:
？ Customer tech Interface
？ Participant to product specific discussions (Specification, Schedule, Samples, 2. Product Ramp-up, Engineering Changes, Customer Releases etc.) with defined cusomter;
3. Customer Complain:
？ First trouble shooting to defined customer complain ;
？ Failure parts basic analysis;
？ Know defined customer process;
4. Team Work:
？ A member of S&P team;
？ A member of Project team;
5. Daily Management:
？ Weekly report;
？ Actively act on assignment from management;
？ Obey company rules;
？ Actively participate in the team community and events;
？ Customer relationship maintain;

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelors Engineering
2. Experience in product development as a Software/Hardware in electrical product oriented industry;
3. Willing to work at defined customer;
4. Good communicator / Team player;
5. Good self management;

Other Competencies:
6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
7. Cultural and language wise open;
8. Capability to deal with high work loads;
