Job Description:

Provide technical support on Extron S3 Hot Line for Extron Products and related AV Products
· Pre-sale and After-sale support for products and projects
· Trouble shooting technical problems with AV systems

· A/V system design

· Training to Sales team member, Extron dealers and End users
· Thorough understanding of Extron product line, product functions, features and applications
· Developing and constantly improving the level of technical knowledge
· Developing a working knowledge of competitive products and related technologies
Qualification:
· BSEE from an accredited college, university or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years working experience is required
· Fluent command of the English language
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Good knowledge of Professional AV products is preferred
· Professional and friendly attitude that demonstrates a genuine desire to help solve problems

·Short period traveling is necessary

· Good health
