§ Seek opportunities to continually improve guest service, by reporting guest comments.
通过汇总客人的意见,不断拓展和更新对客服务。
§ Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.
与接待部密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态。
§ Issues, receives, records and controls all HSKP master keys / pagers.
发放、收回、登记和控制所有管家部万能钥匙卡及呼机。
§ Handle, record and follow up on loan items and extra supplies to guests. Conduct monthly inventories of on-loan items & pagers.
处理、登记和跟踪借出物品,每月盘点一次出借物品及呼机。
§ Record status of daily attendance for all Housekeeping associates.
记录所有管家部员工出勤的情况。
§ Keep good communication with other departments.
同其他部门保持良好的沟通,协调工作。
§ Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
采取合适的措施解决客人的抱怨。
§ Promote the hotel and Kempinski products and services.
促销酒店与凯宾斯基的产品与服务。
§ Access and use Housekeeping computer programs.
掌握和使用管家部电脑系统。
§ Adhere to the hotel’s security and emergency policies and procedures.
