职位描述：
1. 协助部门负责人建立健全公司薪酬体系，并指导、监督下属公司执行
2. 搜集行业所在地区薪酬福利状况，跟踪和调研内外部薪酬福利状况并加以分析，为薪酬调整方案提供依据
3. 分析、测算，协助部门负责人管理整体的薪酬福利成本
4. 定期分析公司薪酬福利体系状况，编写相关分析报告，提出薪酬福利体系调整建议
绩效管理
5. 协助部门负责人建立健全公司绩效管理体系
6. 参与建立健全公司绩效考核指标库，完善绩效考核体系
7. 制定考核相关流程及表格，审核并实施
8. 主持实施公司人员绩效考核
9. 定期分析公司绩效管理体系，编写相关分析报告，提出绩效考核改进建议
岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、行政管理、企业管理或相关专业；
2、 具有5年以上人事行政管理工作经验；2年以上薪酬和绩效主管以上岗位工作经验。
3、 熟悉人事各个职能模块，精通人力资源薪酬和绩效板块；
4、 具有良好的组织能力、公关协调能力、文字处理能力和执行力；
5、 熟练使用办公自动化软件（Word，Excel，PPT等）；
6、 具有高度的责任心和敬业精神。
