1、负责系统设计和系统维护
2、在音视频、网站结构、网络和产品解决方案方面能提出建设性的方案并且实施
3、与系统工程师密切协作，对系统架构负责
4、根据系统架构要求，开发系统架构规范，满足产品需求
5、提供系统管理，包括基础设施的支持和备份、容量规划、研发计划、安全管理、用户帐户管理、互联网接入、合规性，OSS和应用支持等
6、支持、推荐和实施软硬件在系统建设上的升级，包括Acano ，思科，宝利通， VQ通讯， SynergySKY等系统
7、管理系统架构的开发文档
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历，8年以上系统设计、管理等相关工作经验
2、5年以上网络、OSS、应用服务器、IT架构管理和配置的工作经验
3、3-5年云储存经验，掌握AWS技术等其他相关技术
4、专业的软硬件知识，擅长解决疑难技术问题
5、一定的的英文口语表达、书写能力
6、能够随时把控项目整体进度，汇报项目情况
7、能够撰写详细的技术文档，能够进行讲演和说明者优先考虑
8、精通音视频相关技术，包括IPnetworking, video security, H.320/H.323/SIP, webRTC等技术者优先考虑，对新的音视频、网站产品、协议和技术保持敏感度，热爱新技术

Standard Job Title: Senior System Architect
Company: Helome
Primary Position Responsibilities:
Under minimal supervision, this engineering professional will play a key role in designing and maintaining systems for acceptable service availability, stability and response time to customers.
Apply expert knowledge of equipment, software and integration requirements to design and architect audio, video and web infrastructure, network, and product solutions as well as propose and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.
1. Liaise closely with Systems Engineers, Systems Hardware Architects & Systems Software Architects and take responsibility for the system architecture.
2. Develop system architecture specifications, in accordance with the system architecture, to realize the technical behavior of the deliveries in line with the product requirements.
3. Provide system administration including infrastructure support and backup, capacity planning, DR plans, security management, user account management, internet access, regulatory compliance, OSS and application support.
4. Recommend, implement and support equipment and software upgrades for the system including Acano, Cisco, Polycom, VQ Communication, SynergySKY and other associated systems.
5. Manage the development of documentation for the architecture, security and operating procedures and policies for the platform.
6. Stay abreast of new audio, video and web products, protocols, and technologies.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum Job Requirements:
? Technical / college degree or equivalent experience
? 8 -10+ years applicable work experience in systems design, administration or related field.
? 5+ years managing and configuring IT infrastructure, network, OSS and application servers and software.
? Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Professional attitude and appearance
? Ability to take ownership of complicated issues
? Excellent ability to report technical and project status to peers and executive team
? 3-5 Years Cloud service experience, such as AWS and so on
Desired Skills and Experience: (one or more of the following):
? Have a solid understanding of video conferencing technologies including IP networking, video security, H.320/H.323/SIP, webRTC, technologies.
? Ability to develop and present detailed technical documents
? Ability to work weekends and nights as required.
