一、职能描述：

（1）主要负责公司地产项目的全盘财务管理工作。

二、任职资格：

（1）统招本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理专业，具有中级职称；

（2）6年以上财务管理工作经验，其中3年以上房地产企业财务管理岗位经验；

（3）精通财务、融资、投资、税务的专业技能；具有较强的计划、组织协调与领导能力；具有较高的时间管理，以及处理并发事件的能力；熟练使用财务管理软件和OFFICE办公软件；

（4）拥有高度的职业责任感和敏锐度，稳重、踏实；

（5）有注会、注税等证者优先。
