You are a Web Application Developer with solid experience developing consumer-facing web products. You understand that advertising drives the free-content economy and are fascinated by creative advertising techniques. You believe that both advertiser and consumer objectives can be achieved at once, and you’re interested in developing a product that’s looking to find that sweet spot.
You will be expected to add value to this team on day one with your experience, passion and technical expertise. You will work with the marketing innovation team to develop and implement creative ways to advertise on Active.com.
Most of all, you are a boundary pusher. You constructively question entrenched viewpoints, and you are a consumer advocate.
Responsibility
Develop the modern UI and web services, which can cross platforms, browser, and devices, by latest technology.
Manage and optimize the structure/performance of front-end.
Troubleshoot customer issues and find creative solution to complex problems
Maintain products, develop new features and bug fixing.
Design and architect software components in a sound manner
Requirements
Familiar with Web API, web services, SOA or distributed messaging system.
Familiar with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS development skills.
Very detail oriented in regards to UI implementation.
Familiar with W3C standards and W3C compliance, Web 2.0 design standards and HTML5 + CSS3.
Good at verbal and written English to work with international teams.
Self-motivated, good problem solving, and perform well under pressure.
Willing and eager to swiftly learn new technologies, languages and platforms as necessary.
