Job Description
Responsible for technical support to end-users for Production Systems Workstation, MES Applications, Hardware, or software applications, and day to day IT support for office staffs. To manage SS team, and maintain overall satisfactions to both internal and external customers
Education and Experience
● Degree in Computer Science or Management Information System preferred related discipline
● Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT supervisor position.
● Effective English communication and written skills is a MUST.
● Customer focus, sense of urgency, professional demeanor and analytical thinker.
● Years Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications support
● Provide on call support to the production issues.
● Ability to learn and well-verse in escalation procedures.
● A+ & Network+ certification would be advantageous..
