- For our Industry Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 部门助理 Team Assistant 工作地点:朝阳区酒仙桥东路1号.

What are my responsibilities?

1. To pick up and transfer phone calls;

2.To receive visitors & customers;

3.To archives all necessary documents

a. EMS & letters

b. Rejected vouchers

c. Registration for stationery

d. Other temporary signed forms

4. To do commercial issues for the department;

5.To purchase routine necessities as required for Beijing and Anshan;

6. To achieve monthly slides & excel

a. Slides for BoD

b. Monthly productivity slides

c. Agenda/schedule for boss & colleagues as required;

7.'To be member of Marketing Community;

8.To coordinate with other departments when necessary;

9. Other temporary tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in English or Business Administration related;

2. Fluent English;

3. Be skillful at Microsoft Office;

4. More than 3 years related working experience.
