Introduction/职位引言:
For Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd Suzhou Chengdu Branch, we are looking for LU Logistics Reporting & Data Administrator in Chengdu.
What are my responsibilities/我的工作职责是什么?
1. Project Management Data Warehouse Implementation
-In charge of Data Warehouse (DWH) project for the Logistics Unit.
-Cooperate with IT to successfully implement the DWH
-Transfer current manual reports into more automated DWH based reports
2. SCM Tool Box
-Maintain and further develop the SCM Tool Box (=Website with reports, process descriptions).
-Link all logistic reports & process documents into SCM Toolbox Website.
-Harmonize/Merge the SCM Toolbox with the mother factory in Germany.
3. Reporting
-Harmonize Reports and Key Performance Indicators with the mother factory in Germany.
-Update daily/weekly/monthly reports and KPI’s.
-Create new reports/KPI’s based on the business requirement of the Logistic Unit.
4. Process Analysis/Improvement
-Based on the reports monitor and analysis the logistics performance
-Trigger improvement actions for the relevant logistics processes together with the experts
-Contribute to cross-functional / international projects as a representative of EWC logistic unit
What do I need to qualify for this job/我如何才能胜任?
1. Deep knowledge of MS office (especially Excel and Access)
2. Familiar with SQL
3. Basic knowledge of Database connection technology (ODBC/OLEDB/OCI etc).
4. Basic knowledge of script coding (VBScript, Java script etc).
5. Basic knowledge of Data analysis method (Star and snow schema, OLAP etc).
6. Basic knowledge of how to do optimization on report.
7. Good knowledge of Project Management.
8. Operational experience in IT relevant area, special for data WH implementation.
9. Supply chain / logistic and manufacturing experience
10. Experience in an international company is preferred,
11. Good command in English.
