Assistant Development Officer

We are now looking for a talented Assistant Development Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Responsibilities will include:
Assist in preparing development and investment appraisal.
Assist in conducting market research in relevant segments of the property market.
Assist in preparing documentation and progress reports.
Assist in conducting feasibilities studies of potential development projects.
Liaise with relevant government departments and property agencies.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:

University graduate in Finance or relevant discipline.
1-2 years working experience in real estate (preferably in the fields of investment, valuation or development) is preferred. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua).
Good interpersonal ,communication and negotiation skills.
Business-minded and able to work independently.
Willing to learn, energetic and conscientious.
