Main Responsibility:

主要工作职责：

？ Following Scholastic course system to teach English for 3-16 years old children & teenagers. 根据学乐课程体系，教授3-16岁少年儿童英文课程。

？ Responsible for whole learning process for students. Help the students to do pre-learning and review, keep a close contact with parents about learning progress.全面负责学生的学习，对学生进行课前辅导与课后预习，及时与家长沟通学生学习情况。

？ Collecting feedback from students and parents to make continuous improvement, dealing with complaints. 收集学生/家长的反馈信息并及时做出回复，协助处理学生/家长投诉

？ Support other teaching or marketing activities as needed, e.g Demo show, appreciation party. 配合学校组织的各种教学活动和市场活动，如Demo课，答谢会等。

Qualification任职要求:

？ Associate degree at least, major in children education, phycology, education, English or relevant fields. 大专以上学历，幼教、心理学、教育学、小学教育、英语相关专业。

？ TEM-4, fluent spoken English with standard pronunciation.英语专业四级，口语流利，发音标准。

？ With a teaching certificate.有教师资格证书

Experience经验要求:

？ 1 year teaching experience for children would be preferred. 一年以上幼教经验优先。

？ Excellent fresh graduates also can be considered. 接受应届毕业生申请。

Competence能力要求:

？ Extrovert, sympathy, responsible, patient and attention to details. 性格开朗活泼，有爱心，有责任心，有耐心，注重细节。

？ Fluent in spoken English with standard pronunciation. 英文流利，发音标准。

？ Standard mandarin speaker. 普通话标准。

？ Positive and active, 态度积极。

？ Fast learner and creative.学习能力强，有创造力。

？ Love children, passionate for children education. 喜欢小孩，对少儿教育有热情。
