Role summary: Provide the parents and children professional course consultancy, achieve the sales target.

职责总结：为家长及学生提供专业的课程咨询，完成销售目标。

Main Responsibility:

主要工作职责：

？ Responsible for customer reception, provide comprehensive consultancy for customer, fulfil monthly/yearly sales target. 负责接待客户来访，为客户提供专业全面的课程咨询，完成招生目标。

？ Responsible for customer satisfactory interview, demo class invitation. Maintain a smooth and prompt communication between the centre and the parents.负责电话回访及试听课邀约，建立及维护好家长与学校沟通的渠道。

？ Cooperate with marketing to finish promotion activity. 配合市场部完成各种宣传活动。

？ Assist teachers to follow up on learning progress and solving problems. 配合老师进行学习进展的跟进，协助老师一起解决学员学习过程中的问题

？ Upload and record valid and complete customer information, provide marketing with real and solid marketing data.

Qualification任职资格:

？ Associate degree and above, no limitation on major. 大专及以上学历，专业不限。

Experience 工作经验要求：

？ Experience in course consultant/teaching /marketing in other children training centre would be preferred.

？ Sales experience in other industry also can be considered, e.g FMCG, Pharmacy.其他行业销售经验亦可，如快销，医药等。

Competence 能力要求:

？ Good communication skills, nice and open. 沟通表达能力良好，亲和开朗。

？ Standard mandarin speaker. 普通话标准。

？ Responsible, willing to accept challenge. 认真负责，愿意接受有挑战的工作目标。

？ Love children, passionate for children education. 喜欢小孩，热爱儿童教育事业。

？ Fluent in English.英语读写熟练，口语流利。
