Role summary: Planning, organizing and implementing marketing activities to complete sales target for the school.
职责总结: 计划，组织及实施市场活动及其他市场宣传，协助完成中心销售目标。

Main Responsibility:
主要工作职责：

？ Make solid and practical marketing plan or activity plan according to sales target, fulfil the goal for customer visit rate.根据中心销售目标制定相应的市场计划，制定市场方案，完成来访业绩指标。
？ Leading the marketing team to plan and execute the promotion activity.带领市场团队，负责中心的市场推广活动的策划与实施。
？ Maintain exist market channel, and achieve the target for new channel development.维护现有市场渠道，同时完成中心新渠道开发的指标。
？ Responsible for hiring and training part-time promoter, monitor their job.负责兼职推广人员招募及培训，监督兼职人员工作。
？ Responsible for marking analyzing and collecting competitor’s information, provide periodical market report.负责市场调研报告及竞争对手信息搜集，定期提供相应的市场信息报告。
？ Maintain and develop media promotion channels.负责所有网络及媒体推广渠道的维护。
？ Drive annual marketing cost report and plan. 负责年度市场费用报告及计划。

Qualification任职资格:
？ Associate degree and above, no limitation on major. 大专及以上学历，专业不限。

Experience 工作经验要求：
？ 3 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 1 year in training school. 3年市场推广经验，其中至少1年培训学校推广经验。
？ Rich experience in marketing activity. 丰富的市场活动策划及实施经验。

Experience:
？ Excellent project management skills and execution ability.出色的项目管理能力和执行力。
？ Good communication skills, nice and open. 沟通能力良好，亲和开朗。
？ Objective oriented. 目标导向。
？ Responsible, proactive and creative. 认真负责，积极主动，富有创造力。
？ Love children, passionate for children education. 喜欢小孩，热爱儿童教育事业。
？ Standard mandarin speaker. 普通话标准。
？ Fluent in English.英语读写熟练，口语流利。
