Responsibilities:

1. 研究和确定总装车间建设或改造项目的工艺设备选型和布置；保证可实施性。Study and formulate process equipments selection and location on construction or modification project of assembly shop, ensure the solution is good to realise.
2.编写所负责设备、工具和工装项目的技术任务书；作为供应商的主要联系人，解答相关技术问题。Write the technical specifications of equipments, tools and fixtures, Main contact person towards suppliers regarding technical issues from RFQ
3. 组织所负责设备、工具和工装项目的实施及验收移交；保证安全、质量、进度和效率指标。 Organize to implement.acceptancethe and reception equipment, tool and fixture ,ensure security,quality,progress rate and efficiency goal.
4.理解并在工作中执行VOLVO标准；主导和协调不同部门人员解决设备问题。
To understand and implement VOLVO standards during working.Leading and coordinating engineers from different area of responsibility in an equipment issue.

Qualification:

1. 有汽车企业总装车间设备投资和改造项目的实施经验，6年以上工作经历。Have more than 6 years of Assembly shop equipment invest and modification project experience in passenger car company.
2. 熟悉总装车间的工艺流程、设备、工具和工装。Familiar with process flow, equipments、tools and fixtures of assembly shop.
4. 有在合资企业与外方人员一起工作的经历优先,并且英语口语、书写熟练。Working experience with foreign staff in joint venture preferred,fluent Engilsh in oral and writing.
5. 吃苦耐劳，能适应周末及节假日加班。Work hard,flexibility in working regimes: weekends, holiday periods.
