The detail job responsibility as follows 岗位描述如下:

IT 技能要求：IT Skills

1. 能掌握基本硬件/软件 维护技能——台式机，笔记本与Windows 系列服务器——能够熟练地更换硬盘，安装应用程序等；Basic hardware and software maintenance skills – Laptops, desktops and Windows servers – Should have hands on experience in changing hard disk, installing applications etc.

2. 能掌握基本网络技能——互联网配置，桌面级网络应用配置等；Basic network skills – Internet configurations, network configuration for desktop etc

3. 基于台式机与笔记本的信息安全需求强化；Hardening of desktops and laptops based on information security requirements

4. 管理20核心服务器组（非一台服务器，所有需管理的服务器CPU共计20核心）——基本的服务器管理，例如磁盘空间配额，数据备份等——大部分服务器架设于印度，需远程管理；Manage a 20 core server – basic management like server space allocation, taking backups etc – mostly this server will be maintained from India

5. 协助银行员工解决系统主机与基础设施使用延迟缓慢等问题；Assist bank users with their queries on system slowness or other infrastructure related issues

6. 参加企业每月例行的业务可持续性（如灾难备份）演练并提供技术支持；Participate in monthly BCP exercises and provide support

7. 应充分了解与掌握分公司（银行分部）所有在用系统及应用，诸如：URL地址链接，应用系统IP地址，服务器管理细节等；Should understand about all software applications that are used in the branch – like the URL address, IP address of the hosted application, server details etc

其它技能要求：Other skills

1. 普通话熟练；Fluent in Mandarin
2. 英语流利--听说读写--能够熟练的与设在印度的银行总部的同事交流业务中出现的问题。Basic skills in English , Written and spoken ,Should be able to talk to people in India to communicate some issues, just basic level is importan
3. 积极向上的学习态度； Good positive attitude with ability to learn

备注：本职位Base在成都，由于业务需要，将长期出差上海（不接受长期出差者勿投）。The position is belong to Chengdu Base, as the busniess need, it need to long-term business trip to Shanghai.
