Key responsibilities:

Study and formulate production process program on vehicle software and electronic & electrical equipment of assembly shop; ensure the solution is reliable, economical and leading in technology.
Organize to write the technical specifications of ELE equipment’s. Ensure the good communication with purchasers and suppliers.
Realize the investment projects of the ELE equipment’s guarantee the deadline, follow the upgrading of equipment & software.
Organize the operation training of ELE equipment’s, follow the production and solve the problems, make the acceptance, reception, and registration of ELE equipment’s.
Functionality requirement specification for equipment EOL SWDL and TEST.
Support production on analyzing faults regarding EOL SWDL and TEST.
Responsible to work with plant system (BIS, KDP, Tclient…) for VCATS.
Responsible to report deviations and start actions in order to eliminate them.

Qualification:
Minimum level of education is bachelor degree within electronics.
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English both spoken and written.
Project experience in electrical & software adaptation in new car model launching program of assembly shop is preferable.
Familiar with the automobile electronic and electrical principles, know about electrical equipment of assembly shop; know about electrical software operation & data transmission; skillful in solving the electrical problems on the car.
Practical experience from the production process or Manufacturing Engineering process.
Knowledge about the processes, methods, and tools at Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering and R&D.
Green Belt or Black Belt is preferable.
Result oriented.
