职位摘要:
根据VCC（沃尔沃汽车公司）的整车周期计划，负责物料处理流程和设备的开发和执行
Logistic engineer technician is responsible for the development and implementation of material handling processes and equipment according to VCC (Volvo Car Corporation) vehicle cycle plan

主要职责
？ 工厂内物流规划（收货，仓储，翻包，配送等）
MP&L layouts in plant (Goods Receiving, Storing, Repacking, Delivery, etc)
？ 建立厂内所有物料操控流程
Set up of all internal material flows within the plants
？ 物流生产成本的核算 （内部物料操作工时）
Calculation of processing cost (man-hours internal material handling)
？ 开发和完成物流设备
Develop and implement logistics equipment
？ 设计和执行内部拣选和排序工作
Develop and implement internal picking and sequence activities
？ 确定线边物料包装及设计物料翻包流程
Decide line side packaging and develop repacking/downsizing process
？ 汇报物料操控工程交付成果并与项目/(车型年) 时间表保持一致Reporting of material handling engineering deliverables in line with project/MY ( Model Year ) milestones
？ 仓储系统观念

学历要求 :大学本科文凭 University degree
相关工作经验:至少3年汽车行业物流规划工作经验
At least 3 years working experience in related auto industry
能力要求:
？ 优秀的物料操作系统工程和工作程序知识
Very good knowledge of system- and working routines within Material Handling Engineering
？ 工厂内物料操作知识
Knowledge of material handling within the plants
？ 英语流利
English fluent
？ 能够在问题发生时开展和协调事情
Be able to initiate and coordinate situations where problems may occur
