工作职责：
·1.协助顾问进行电话寻访
·2.负责市场信息收集和管理，包括：新公司资料、公司招聘信息、人才市场动态等
·3.候选人简历制作
·4.负责人才资料库的管理，包括人才资料录入、更新、登记等
·5.协助所在团队进行行业分析工作
职位要求：
·1.大三或大四在校生，能够保证每周三天出勤（上课期间）或暑期每周正常出勤5天(周一至周五)
·2.良好的沟通能力，有参与学生会活动及销售类兼职工作者优先考虑
·3.有责任心，学习能力强，工作态度细心积极、能承受工作压力
·4.有志于往人力资源及销售方向发展
·5.良好的英语能力，大学英语四级以上；熟练的Word, Excel 及相关电脑操作能力
·
·（表现优秀的实习生可于毕业后转正）
