1、协助办公室预算，支持商务费用应用，支持和销售人事相关的一些活动（现场的运营活动）。
2、和销售经理一起生成月度售点买点计划（按照渠道计算的售点数量），提醒销售经理跟催快过期的合同以及没有达成销量指标的合同，填写买点申请表，收集合同付款信息，并负责向区域PPM及时了解售点买点申请的处理状态
3、控制并跟踪促销品的库存，协调促销品管理，管理代理商，费用批准，监督执行。
4、规划目标售点、提供销售业绩报告、培训销售团队。
5、监督并确保第三方高质量完成预付款、辅助策划和活动执行，跟踪记录活动执行情况、消费者反馈等。跟踪检查定价、售点物料、售点相关执行情况。
