职位描述
主要职责:
为客户提供高效、快速的旅行保险相关服务。
· 熟悉公司产品，按时在系统中完成新单录入，变更及退保操作；
· 准确、快速的回答客户关于保险产品及理赔问题的咨询；
· 测试新产品，确保正常上线；
· 编写运营操作手册和用户指南；
· 对系统中出现的问题及时反馈，并提出可行性的解决方案或系统需求；
· 配合销售部门完成相关支持工作；
· 按时完成理赔及医疗客户的回访工作；
· 执行/完成上级主管交办的其它工作。
基本要求:
· 有良好的沟通能力，有客服工作经验者优先考虑；
· 专科学历，金融、保险、工商管理等专业优先考虑；
· 有一年以上的保险公司运营工作经验者优先考虑；
· 良好的团队合作、人际沟通及时间管理能力；
· 熟练使用电脑。
