JOB OBJECTIVES:
Pursue sales leads and achieve sales target for EV6 products in south china market. In addition, support market development and customer management by initially identifying potential customers, provision of updated market intelligence to Senior/Department Manager, coordination with customer services/logistics personnel where necessary, assistance in downstream promotion & trade fair., etc
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business development and customer management- Plan how to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets for each assigned account by calling and visiting existing/prospective customers. Consolidate data on customer needs, including product application, services requirements, buying cycles, delivery schedules and internal regulations like pricing structure or defined customer credibility/proflies to help secure/enhance business opportunities and identify future customers.
2. Support for sales forecast & planning- Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, technical development, market activities and industry intelligence to help define the marketability of products and report to supervisor identified trends that could affect targets. Collect customer data/ information/ feedback/ expectations prepare for presentation/ seminars/ workshops to promote the products and services. Develop and regular update promotional materials to identified customers. Monitor, analyze, assess and communicate monthly sales data to supervisor and propose product / service planning, revision of strategies, identify business opportunities, pinpoint problem areas and provide solutions.
3. Contract and payment receivable management- coordinate with customer service & supply chain to support delivery of sales contracts. Update a database of customer credibility according to company credit policies. Trace the customer's payment process to ensure timely payment of receivables to meet established sales targets and revenue goals.
4. Contribute to pricing policy - Implement the defined pricing policies. Provide inputs on pricing structure according to market intelligence on price trends, consumption analysis, sales terms and conditions, customer profiles to ensure profitable margins.
5. Market intelligence, collect and analyse data for market research & provide report to supervisor /team members. Prepare market research project to develop competitor grid and benchmarking analyses on competitors' positioning and the performance of their competitive products.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Chemistry, Polymer Science or business management.
2. 3-5 years sales & marketing solid working experience in plastic industry, preferably in plastic additives related areas.
3. Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
4. Good personality and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Good computer operation skill.
