Overall Goal:

1. To issue the PO to suppliers according to requisitions in Oracle;

2. To negotiate price with suppliers

3. To follow up the status of the PO.

4. To collect all invoices from the suppliers and match with PO

5. To follow up the payment to the suppliers

6. To build up the suppliers’ information in Oracle

Principal Accountabilities:

1. To follow up the PR status in Oracle and issue all the PR to PO.

2. To file all the documents of PO.

3. To chase the delivery of PO

4. To hand over all the invoices to warehouse to match the PO and delivery notes.

5. To follow up the status in the open POs

6. To follow up the On-Time–Delivery rates for suppliers

7. To prepare the open PO files for accountability meeting

8. To set up and update the sourcing rules in Oracle

Key Result Areas:

1. Keep the on time delivery rate higher than 90%

2. Keep all the PO status are controlled

3. Ensure all the invoices are clear and match the POs

Education/Experience Required:

1. College education or above;

2. At least 5 years of purchasing experience

3. Fluent English in writing and speaking

4. Good micro soft office skills
