职位描述

任职资格：
1、工商管理、市场营销等相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、10年以上商业地产、购物中心管理工作经验，其中5年以上同等职位工作经验，熟悉大型购物中心从前期筹备到开业、后续经营的全过程；
3、掌握零售市场的发展动态，熟悉市场研究及分析，对市场有深刻认识及敏锐度；
4、具有优秀的业务推进及资源整合能力，较强的团队建设能力，五大管理职能齐头并进。
工作职责：
一、业务管理
在集团公司董事会的领导及授权下，全权负责公司的整体运营工作，完成集团公司下达的各项经营管理指标；
根据集团发展战略，主持拟订本公司的业务发展规划和年度业务经营计划，并确保有效实施；
主持总经理办公会议，督促和协调各个职能部门工作；
二、组织管理
以公司经营战略规划为指导，建立全套管理体系，制度、流程和规范。
主持制定本公司的组织机构、岗位编制和职责分工，确定对相应岗位的工作要求和业绩考核标准；
具有对部门经理及以下人员的招聘、任免、晋升和调配权；
主持拟订本公司费用预算，报集团总裁审批并监督执行。
