Responsibilities
· Ensure presentation and commissioning of the units delivered in each depot and the contractual warranty performing trouble shooting.
· Ensuring that all technical queries from whatever source are dealt with in a timely manner.
· Participate to the Return of Experience and contribute to Reliability Growth.
· Ensure application of processes, Contribute to CW image and skills acknowledgement.
· Management of consignment stock, logistics, tools, etc.
· Attend weekly warranty and project meeting to provide C&W input.
· Enhance customer care, Be the customer’s preferred contact
· Guaranty the application of EHS rules; Review and Compile Risk Assessments.
· Liaison with sub-contractors, partners and client during ‘commissioning’ and ‘warranty’ phases to ensure the company’s products are commissioned / repaired and accepted by customer.
· Manage and plan of the retrofit work of the project in all disciplines.
Training and evaluating the recruits, support C&W manager to launch relevant training plan.

Requirements
· College degree or above in electrical automation, electromechanical or related engineering.
· Over 3 years working experience in a relevant field with the ability for design, commissioning and diagnosis of electrical equipment, ideally in the rolling stock domain.
· Over 2 years working experience specific in commissioning and warranty team, completed C&W support at least one project. Good performance that has been admitted by customer.
· Problem solving, relationship, leadership, management.
· Team working, be able to meet the deadline and work under pressure.
Fluent both oral and written in English.
