Job Summary
The digitization support leader (specialist) works with AEE BO&S leadership to envision and support the high performance digitization support service within the Accenture AEE Dalian center across multiple functions. The digitization support leader drive digitization service in AEE center wised, response to digitization service enhancement, communication, vendor management, project management and development quality assurance
Key Responsibilities
Digitization Support Service executive
? Executes digitization support process, requests, activities at a center level
? Works closely with AEE Business Operation & Service Leader regarding status of daily digitization operation
? Engages with AEE Dalian center function leaders specific aspects of the digitization service deployment and support
? Provides value added activities to digitization service enhancement to AEE center and functions, ensure digitization service efficiency and effectiveness to AEE business operation
? Manage vendors and internal delivery team to ensure digitization projects quality and service delivery
? Communicate to AEE center wise and lead the function digitization service POC, to gather, analyze, advise and coach functions aspects of digitization knowledge, improvement opportunities, solutions etc.
? Liaison and collaborate with similar teams in other Accenture business or locations
Digitization Project Management
? Oversees aligned digitization support internal technical delivery resource’s work on specific assignments
? Provides technical guidance or leverage training to coach internal delivery resources as needed
? Performs peer reviews of digitization projects with both internal delivery resources and vendor resources
? Executive digitization projects management and deliver reports to leaderships to ensure all digitization activities under management.
? Executes and may lead digitization value add activities as needed at the center or function level
? Continually builds deep specialization knowledge and skills training to AEE center techniques team
? Collaborates with aligned OI team as solution provider
Relationships
? Reports to: AEE BO&S PPM team manager
? External Relationships: N/A
? Internal Relationships: AEE digitization support PoC team, function leads/tech-team leaders
Qualifications
? Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? Skills and Work Experience: - 3+ years’ experience in business automation solution identification and delivery areas
？ Passion to improve AS-IS by technologies
？ Good B/S applications development skills and experience, Be familiar with MS .Net development and C# development
？ Good skills on ASP.net development;
？ Web applications development experiences are required; Workflow application design is preferred.
？ Be familiar with MS SQL Reporting Service development and basic configuration;Be familiar with Storage Process and Transaction.
？ Be familiar with software development life cycle, good technical skills, such as VBA, Access, WEB solutions etc
？ Strong problem solving capabilities
？ Project management skills, PMP certified is preferred
？ Good understanding to process continuous improvement (Lean, 6 Sigma) is a plus
