职位描述
1.internal:
Project leader and Sales representatives, Customer Center Management,KAM Team
2.External:
- FAW-VW Purchsing and Engineering,FAW-VW Supplier Quality Management
-Supports the customer centers by defintion of Segment Strategy and Business Plans.
-- Assures the implementation of the Account Strategy and the possible increase of bunsiness - Supports vehicle/engine and volume planning; used as basis for budget planning
-- Defines possible business and growth possibilities by "White Spot- Analysis" in coordination with the responsible segment sales representatives
-- Defines the procedure of Conti Automotive regarding the customer (supporting the choice of "Must wins", creating action plans and winning strategies)
-- Responsible for all general topics
-- Consults, supports and supervision of the different BU segments regarding operational and cross BU Topics (RD & E, tools, productivity etc).
-- Represents Conti-Automotive in all customer orientated management levels (Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
-- Ensures a strong, consistent cross BU appearance to the customer (lessons learned, uniform appearance in front of the customer)
-- Defines project goals in coodination/teamwork with the segments; responsible for the organization and implementation of meetings (contract formation etc)
-- Supports a proactive management of critical customer topics
-- Transmits customer development activities to the different segments (making contacts, socializing, etc.)
1. Familiar with the customer: FAW-VW
2. Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
3. At least 5 years working experience in Auto motive industry
4. More than 8 years working experience
5. Have related working experience
6. Locate in Changchun
7. Can accept 50% travel
8. Outgoing personality
9. Office software skill
