1. Purpose of the Job 工作目的
? RTM development in whtiespace market, assist new market expansion and foster sales growth via guiding and cooperating with local sales

2. Accountabilities 职责
§ Conduct research to ensure the feasibility of RTM execution
开展市场调研,确保市场通路战略的可行性
§ Screen and qualify WS together with sales director and local sales team
与当地销售人员/区域销售经理合作筛选、签订经销商
§ Assist local sales manager to recruit field sales force
支持区域销售经理招聘空白市场业务人员
§ Guide and track RTM execution of local W1/T1/T2: i.e. distribute RTM progress check form to Sales also collect monthly for analyze
辅导和监督空白市场业务人员与经销商按要求实施市场开发战略,如:及时向销售人员分发和回收每月进度检查表
§ Coordinate to solve issues from the expansion markets
