1.secondary specialized or technical school above, major in machinery or associated specialty 职业技术中专及以上学历，机械或相关专业
2.Welding or Paint working experience of , excellent graduating students is accepted. 具有焊装或涂装质量方面的知识或经验，可考虑优秀应届生
3.basic knowledge of English language (read, speak) 具备英语的基本知识（读、写）
4.Basic knowledge about MS-office tools as Excel, word, powerpoint.具备基本的办公软件使用技能，例如Excel，Word，Powerpoint
5.have no color vision disorders 色觉正常
6.Good communication and co-operation skill, 出色的沟通及合作技巧
7.Good learning and coaching skill良好的学习和指导能力。
