Job description:

In this position, you will be the system owner for facility mechanical systems. Mechanical systems include HVAC, Chilled Water System, Condenser Water System, Process Vacuum, Compressed Dry Air, Clean Room, Process Chilled Water and others. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Planning, designing and modifying the systems in assuring reliability and sustaining engineering for the systems owned
- Providing first line troubleshooting of the system in fault condition with proper problem solving techniques, and restore all system back to its desired operating condition
- Developing criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes
- Managing system capacity and triggering upgrade based on factory ramp
- Being the single point of contact for any changes done for the owned system that includes base build, fit up and hookup
- Working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in depth evaluation and variable factors
- Acting independently to determine methods and procedure on new or special assignment and may supervise the activities of other

Qualifications:

You must possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or above.
Additional qualifications include:

- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, especially in heating, ventilating and air-conditioning (HVAC), M&E infrastructure and facilities management
- Excellent knowledge in fluid and thermo dynamics
- Excellent communication skills and personality
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as collaborate with other engineers to solve breakdown issues and recommend technical solution
- Ability to designing mechanical systems
- Experience in Semiconductor Industry and/or Building operation and maintenance and/or Facilities service is preferred.
