This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou . Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off. Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

Job Responsibilities

General Translation/Interpretation:
-Provide day-to-day oral and written Interpretation and translation for Nanba site Inspection group
-Provide oral translation for meetings/training sessions with National staff, government officials, contractors, and vendors.
-Translate and review engineering documents: equipment design documents, weekly reports, emails, inspections/audits, reports and other documentation as needed.

Technical Translation/ Interpretation:
-Maintain the Maintenance Work Requests and track all Work Permits in the Field
-Support the Inspection Department with communication and direction to contractors providing services to the Inspection Department.
-Maintain and update personnel Information and rotation schedules.
-Track daily contractor permits and work tickets and review submitted invoices for proper allocation to cost centers
-Maintain other Engineering documents as required.
-Coordinate safety meetings and prepare documentation for the same.
Technical Skills:

Must have the ability to:
-Perform data entry and data management with instruction from Document controller and Inspectors
-Interpret technical specifications, read and understand piping and instrument drawings.
-Assist in the development of the work processes by reviewing and documenting integrity data from Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
-Preparing work request with work scope and materials needed to accomplish requested task
-Assist with site safety audits and review site safety documentation

Safety Focus:
-Works closely with Inspection Supervisor and HES Department to develop and implement a program that includes, safety training, behavioral based safety observation program, compliance reviews, audits, emergency preparedness, near-miss/incidents reporting, safety meetings, training classes and process improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements
-Must hold English Language certification of CET 6
-Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline preferred by not required.
-Oil and Gas experience is preferred.
