Responsibilities:

Responsible for working closely with off-shore IT team in conducting software development activities to enhance and maintain work flow application, client server and web application to support business initiatives.

Education Requirement:

Relevant degree in software engineering fields; training in principles and techniques of software development

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 4 years of relevant software development, softwaretesting experience, and project leadership/management experience.

Skills Requirement:

Strong technical skills in:

- C#.net

- ASP.net

- MS SQL-TSQL

- WCF

- Entity framework

- Object oriented programming

Strong English reading, writing and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.

Ability to work in teams and has strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to deal with clients and travel to project sites.

Ability to convert complex user requirement into technical specification

Good understanding of software development life cycle

Possess good organizational skills.

Ability to lead a group of software engineers.

Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions.

Strong coaching skills. Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members.
