？ 作为公司营销负责人，全面管理公司营销工作；
？ 建设营销策划体系，管理和组建营销团队；
？ 制定营销管控体系和各方面政策制度和方案等；
？ 供方管理体系；
？ 完成项目前、中、后期策划定位、营销推广、销售管理等工作；
？ 建立和优惠公司产品体系，负责公司品牌建设与管理；
？ 作为公司决策层，参与公司战略规划和实现；
？ 公司其他相关工作。
任职要求：
？ 多项目运作经验；
？ 具备较强的营销策划能力；
？ 具备完整房地产项目营销策划操盘经验；
？ 具备营销高层职位经历。
